Initially our staff gets all related documents from the client and makes an assessment if the client is eligible and flagpoling is an option.

Once all documents are prepared in accordance with the checklist, our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant composes a Submission Letter, summarizing the case for CBSA officers. In most cases the Consultant will go to the border together with the client to guide through the procedure and to address the case to the officer who will make a decision.

You can do flagpoling by walking or driving. Some POE (Ports Of Entry) are designated only for pedestrians, and others for drivers. In most cases we drive to the border but do the procedure by walking together with the clients.

Before going to the border, the client is always provided with extensive training and knows what to expect.
